New Chapter Problem Wrap Up

Many of you need to explore and apply volume and surface area concepts to solving this problem.

Here is what a successful solution to the first problem looks like.

Here is the new problem:


Spalding tennis balls are spheres that have a height of 7cm.
They would like to sell them in packs of 4, in packages that are easy to stack.

The more space and packaging it takes, the more money it costs Spalding.

They would like to save as much money as possible on packaging.

Design the cheapest package possible. Explain why your design is the best.
